Abstract

The present invention provides a metal board having a film that has a smoothened surface and insulating properties by stacking a prescribed film over a metal sheet. The present invention is a metal board used in a substrate type thin film solar cell or a top?emission?type organic EL element and characterized in that a film comprising a single layer or a plurality of layers is formed over the surface of a metal sheet, the surface roughness Ra of the film is 30 nm or less, and the film is obtained by baking a composition for film forming containing a thermosetting resin and having a volume fraction of a solid pigment of 20% or less.
