Abstract

A vehicle seat device according to the invention includes: a seat back framework (8) mounted on a floor member (2); a seat supporting bracket (9) that is erected on the seat back framework or the floor member; a hinge member (10) attached to the seat supporting bracket; and a seat back framework having a frame configuration where at least a lower side portion is formed of a pipe member (19), the seat back framework is rotatably supported by the hinge member between a sitting position and a folded-forward position, the hinge member and the pipe member are coaxially arranged, and the hinge member is inserted into the pipe member.
