Kombinasjon av en første komponent (a) som er en monoaminoksydaseinhibitor og en annen komponent (b) som er selektiv h5-HT,B antagonist eller partiell agonist som har formel l hvor X er CH2, O; Y er CONH, NHCO; R, er H, C,-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cykloalkyl; R2 er H, C i-Cf, alkyl, Ci-Cf, alkoksy,.halogen; R^ er__________________________________ ¿N O -C(O)-N R.) og R< er uavhengig H eller Ci-C, alkyl, som racemat, R-enantiomer eller S- enantiomer, og hvor nevnte komponenter (a) og (b) er i form av frie baser, solvater eller farmasoytisk akseptable salter derav.
