Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av kuleformede katalysatorpartikler innehold- ende en zeolitt som aktivt element, hvor en sol inneholdende zeolitt-krystaller og minst en geldannende forbindelse sprøytes nedenfra direkte inn i en reaksjonssone inneholdende en reaksjonsgass slik at solen brytes opp til individuelle solkorn umiddelbart før eller etter inngangen i reaksjonssonen, solkornene strømmer igjen- nom reaksjonssonen langs en krum flyvebane og mens de gjør dette blir de for- konsolidert og solkulene oppsamles på en oppsamlingsinnretning.
