Abstract

Rørmansjetten oppviser et oppsvulmende ekspansjonsmateriale (5) som er anordnet på innsiden av mansjetten (10) og i til- felle brann lukker rørledningen (1). I ekspansjonsmaterialet (5) er det innlagt en varmeakselerator eller varmeleder (6). Varmelederen har en vesentlig høyere varmeledningsevne enn ekspansjonsmaterialet (5). Gjennom varmeakseleratoren eller varmelederen (6) blir varme i tilfelle brann ført inn i eks- pansjonsmaterialet (5) raskere enn hittil. Brannmansjetten reagerer i branntilfelle raskere og lukker rørledningen (1) i tide.
