Abstract
Det beskrives terapeutiske preparater for topisk oftalmisk påføring, inne- holdende fra 0,02 til 5,0 vekt% immunsuppressive midler tilhørende gruppen av monocykliske undekapeptider, makrolid-laktoner eller kortikosteroider, i en bærer omfattende opp til 10 vekt% polyalkylenglykol-polyuretan-kopolymerer. Nevnte kopolymerer består fortrinnsvis av poly(oksy-1,2-etandiyl)-a-hydro-o>- hydroksypolymerer med 1,1'-metylen-bis-(4-isocyanatcykloheksan) som har en gjennomsnittlig molekylvekt på fra 1000 til 3000 i en hydrofil bærer og fortrinnsvis av poly[oksy-(metyl-1,2-etandiyl)]-a-hydro-co-hydroksypolymerer med 1,1 '-metylen-bis- (4-isocyanatcykloheksan) som har en gjennomsnittlig molekylvekt på'fra 1600 til ¿ 18000 i en lipofil bærer. Said copolymers preferably consist of poly (oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) -α-hydroxy-hydroxy polymers with 1,1'-methylene bis- (4-isocyanate cyclohexane) having an average molecular weight of from 1000 to 3000 a hydrophilic support and preferably of poly [oxy (methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)] - α-hydro-co-hydroxy polymers with 1,1 '-methylene bis- (4-isocyanate cyclohexane) having an average molecular weight of from 1600 to ¿18000 in a lipophilic carrier. Said therapeutic agents may additionally contain adjuvants which are common in topical forms of administration.
