Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedører en anordning og en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et materiallaminat (1) ved å feste materialstykker (2) i en gitt avstand fra hverandre, på en første kontinuerlig fremført materialbane (4). Oppfinnelsen er kjennetegnet ved at materialstykkene (2) blir kuttet av an andre kontinuerlig materialbane (7) i en første stasjon (3) og føres med en transportanordning (10) til den første banen (4), til hvilken materialstykket (2) blir festet ved hjelp av ultralydsveising over et begrenset festeområde (5) på materialstykkene (2), og materialstykkene (2) blir deretter festet på materialbanen (4) ved ultralydsveising i en andre stasjon (6). Den andre stasjonen innbefatter et ultralydhorn (18) i en fast avstand fra en støtte (19) utformet som en roterende trommel med en mønstret ytre overflate.
