Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører sulfonyl- oksazolaminer med den generelle formel (I) hvor R1, R2 uavhengig av hverandre betyr H, A, -(CH2)n-Ar eller alkenyl med 2 til 6 C-atomer, R1 og R2 til sammen også kan bety en enkjernet, mettet heterosyklisk ring med 1-2 N-, O- og/eller S- atomer, Z betyr H, A, CF3, NO2, Hal, OH, OA, NH2, NHA eller NA2) A betyr alkyl med 1-6 C-atomer, Ar betyr fenyl som er mono- eller disubstituert med Z, Hal betyr F, Cl, Br eller I, og n betyr l eller 2, eller deres fysiologisk akseptable salter eller solvater som terapeutisk aktive forbindelser, anvendelsen av sulfonyloksazolaminene som terapeutisk aktive for- bindelser, og/eller til fremstilling av farmasøytiske preparater ved bekjempelsen av sykdommer i sentral- nervesystemet, et farmasøytisk preparat og fremstil- lingen av dette.
