Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en preget aksel (l) som i sin helhet eller hovedsakelig er laget av en aluminiumlegering. En ras- terflate er utformet på den sylindriske overflate av nevnte aksel. Nevnte rasteroverflate omfatter utsparte celler (6) som har et forhåndsbestemt volum. Et lag (7) av oksid- keramikk er utformet på rasterets overflate ved prosess for plasmaelektrolyttisk oksidering, idet et slikt lag, som har en dybde på mellom 15 og 50 mikrometer og en mikrohardhet på mellom 700 og 1500 Hv, på en tilfredsstillende måte gjengir konturen av rasterets utvendige overflate. Oksid-keramikk- lagets (7) høye hardhet og styrke gjør det mulig for raster- cellene (6) å beholde korrekt fasong og dimensjoner over lang tid under bruk av akselen. Nevnte oksid-keramikk-lag kan i tillegg impregneres med metall eller organiske materialer for ytterligere å styrke rasteroverflaten, øke dens korrosjonsbe- standighet og gi den spesielle egenskaper (oleofile, absorbe- rende, hydrofobe osv.) etter behov i forskjellige systemer som innebærer dosert overføring av væsker og suspensjoner.
