Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår forbindelser med formel (I) hvor R, R, R, R,, R,,og R10 representerer forskjellige substituenter; A representerer NReller O; B representerer en binding, CH, NReller O, hvor ett eller begge hydrogenatomer i CH-gruppen kan være erstattet med én eller begge av Rog R, eller alternativt kan hydrogenatomene i CH-gruppen sammen med et hydrogenatom fra et nabo-karbonatom erstattes med en dobbeltbinding; under den forutsetning at når A er O, så er B lik NR; n er 0, 1 eller 2; og farmasøytisk akseptable salter av forbindelsene. Forbindelsene er særlig anvendelige ved behandling eller forhindring av depresjon, angst, smerte, inflammasjon, migrene, emesis eller postherpetisk neuralgi.
