Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår nye materialer, særlig biomaterialer, i form av et presipitat, som innbefatter minst en anionisk polymerkomponent som sådan er løselig i vann og en amfilisk ammoniumtypekomponent, hvilket presipitat oppnås ved en fremgangsmåte som inkluderer følgende trinn: 1. bringe den anioniske polymerkomponenten og en cyklodekstrinkomponent i kontakt i et vandig medium, og 2. tilsette til blandingen oppnådd i trinn 1 nevnte amfiliske ammoniumtypekomponent, hvori nevnte komponenter er tilstede i mengder effektive til å danne nevnte presipitat, og foretrukket for de korresponderende presipitatene innbefatter de ytterligere nevnte cyklodekstrinkomponent. Begge typer presipitat kan eventuelt innbefatte en eller flere ytterligere komponenter. Presipitatene er særlig anvendelige for kontrollert frigivelses depotformuleringer egnet for langtidsvirkende levering av nevnte ytterligere komponenter. De ytterligere komponentene inkorporert i presipitatene kan være farmasøytiske forbindelser, pesticider, agrokjemikalier, fargestoffer, diagnostiske midler, enzymer, matvarer etc.
