Abstract
Denne oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for avkjøling eller kondensering av et fluidprodukt (feks. naturgass) i en varmeveksler, idet fremgangsmåten omfatter: strømming av et fluidkjølemiddel gjennom et sett av kjølemiddelmikrokanaler i varmeveksleren; og strømming av produktet gjennom et sett av produktmikrokanaler i varmeveksleren, idet produktet som strømmer gjennom produktmikrokanalene utveksler varme med kjølemiddelet som strømmer gjennom kjølemiddelmikrokanalene, og idet produktet som forlater settet av produktmikrokanaler er kaldere enn produktet som går inn i settet av produktmikrokanaler. Fremgangsmåten har et bredt område av anvendelser som innbefatter kondensering av naturgass.
