Abstract

En fremgangsmåte og et apparat for å fastsette en stilling for en akustisk mottaker (1 21-126) er beskrevet. Fremgangsmåten omfatter å fastsette et første flertall av akustiske verdiområder fra den første signalkildestilling (110) hhv. en andre signalkildestilling (115) til den akustiske mottakeren (121-126); å fastsette en ikke-akustisk begrensning for den akustiske mottakerens stilling, å fastsette den akustiske mottakerens stilling ut fra de første og de andre akustiske verdiområdene og den ikke-akustiske begrensningen. Apparatet omfatter i det minste en akustisk kilde (110, 115), en akustisk mottaker (121-126), og et datamaskinsystem. Den akustiske mottakeren er i stand til å motta flere akustiske signaler som er sendt av den i det minste ene akustiske kilden fra i det minste to signalkildestillinger.
