Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en anordning og en fremgangsmåte for dosering av stabil gjærkrem. Ifølge oppfinnelsen er gjærkremen anbrakt i et utbyttbart transportreservoar (20) som er plassert på innsiden av et nedkjølende rom (10), hvor reservoaret er forbundet med ekstraksjonsåpning (27) ved hjelp av en utløpsleder (26) som åpnes og lukkes av en åpne-/lukkemekanisme (30).
