Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen vedrører fremgangsmåter for å behandle tumorer eller proliferative forstyrrelser som er assosiert med angiogenese ved å gi y-sekretase og p-sekretasehemmere som hemmer sekretase som er involvert i amyloid forløper protein prosessering. Spesielt blir fremgangsmåten tilveiebrakt for å behandle tumorer eller proliferative forstyrrelser, eller for å hemme angiogenese assosiert med tumorer, proliferative eller infiammatoriske forstyrrelser, i dyr eller mennesker som trenger slik behandling eller angiogen hemming, ved å gi til dyret eller mennesket terapeutisk effektive mengder i enhetsdoseringsformer av en sammensetning som inneholder en bærer og minst en y-sekretase eller P-sekretasehemmer som hemmer sekretase APP prosessering.
