Abstract

Det beskrives farmasøytiske preparater inneholdende platinakompleks med formel (I) som aktiv bestanddel, der A, A', B, B', X og X' har spesifikke betydninger, i blanding med minst en farmasøytisk akseptabel eksipient, der preparatet består av et granulat med partikler som er mindre enn 0,5 mm i størrelse, fremstilt ved våtgranulering av en blanding av platinakomplekset av tefravalent platina med formel (I) fiiktet med vann, minst ett nøyttalt sakkarid og minst ett nativt og/eller modifisert polysakkarid. Preparatet er inneholdt i en kapsel eUer en pose eUer er eventuelt presset tU tabletter mens overflaten av granulatet, kapselen eUer tablettene eventuelt er belagt med et sjikt av minst en farmasøytisk akseptabel substans som muhggjør enterosolvent oppløsning av den aktive substans kun i tarmene og/eller minst en farmasøytisk akseptabel substans som muliggjør konttollert fiigivning av den aktive substans. Det beskrives videre en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av det farmasøytiske preparat.
