Abstract

Nye ikke-ioniske overflateaktive midler i form av polyoksyalkylenglykolhydroksy fettsyrederivater eller monoalkylerte polyoksyalkylenglykol hydroksyfettsyrederivater som har en polyoksyalkylen / alkyl polyoksyalkylen kjede med en kjedelengde på 25 -455 gjentakende enheter og en spesifisert substituent på hydroksyposisjonen i den spesifiserte hydroksyfettsyren, ifølge den generelle formel (I). hvor for eksempel Ri er metyl, Rer eventuelt substituert Cu - Cacyl, alkyl, eller alkenyl, Rer etylen, x er 2-12, y er 7-17, (x + y) er 3-19 og z er 25-57; fordelaktig fremstilt ved å involvere en enzymatisk prosess, formuleringer som innbefatter dem, deres anvendelse som oppløseliggj ørende midler og en fremgangsmåte som involverer et hydrolytisk enzyme for deres fremstilling.
