Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører nye 4-(metylsulfonylamino) fenyl-analoger som en potent vanilloidreseptor-antagonist og farmasøytiske blandinger inneholde samme. Oppfinnelsens forbindelse kan være anvendelig for smertelindring for å forhindre, lindre eller behandle smertelidelser innbefattende smerte, akutt smerte, kronisk smerte, neuropatisk smerte, postoperativ smerte, migrene, arthralgi, neuropatier, nerveskade, diabetisk neuropati, neurodegenerering, neurotiske hudlidelser, slag, urinblære hypersensitivitet, irritabel tarmsyndrom, en respirasjonshdelse så som astma eller kronisk obstruktiv åndedrettslidelse, irritasjon av hud, øye eller slimhinne, ferverscens, duodenalt magesår, inflammatorisk tarmlidelse, inflammatorisk lidelse og akutt urininkontinens.
