Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår fremgangsmåter for å øke produksjonen av et finkjemikalie, for eksempel lysin fra en mikroorganisme, f. eks. Corynebacterium ved deregulering av et enzymkodende gen, dvs. laktat dehydrogenase. I en foretrukket utførelsesform tilveiebringer oppfinnelsen fremgangsmåter for å øke produksjonen av lysin i Corynebacterium glutamicum ved å øke ekspresjon av laktat dehydrogenase-aktivitet. Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer også en ny fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av lysin ved å regulere karbon fluks mot oksaloacetat (OAA). I en foretrukket utførelsesform tilveiebringer oppfinnelsen fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av lysin ved anvendelse av fruktose eller sukrose som en karbonkilde.
