Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA AUMENTAR O FLUXO METABóLICO ATRAVéS DA VIA DE PENTOSE FOSFATO EM UM MICROORGANISMO E PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBSTáNCIA QUìMICA FINA, E, MICROORGANISMO RECOMBINANTE". A presente invenção caracteriza os métodos de aumentar a produção de uma substância química fina, por exemplo, lisina de um microorganismo, por exemplo, Corynebacterium a fim de desregular um gene que codifica enzima, isto é, a lactato desidrogenase. Em uma forma de realização preferida, a invenção fornece métodos de aumentar a produção de lisina em Corynebacterium glutamicum a fim de aumentar a expressão da atividade da lactato desidrogenase. A invenção também fornece um novo processo para a produção de lisina a fim de regular o fluxo de carbono sobre o oxaloacetato (OAA). Em uma forma de realização preferida, a invenção fornece métodos para a produção de lisina a fim de utilizar frutose ou sacarose como uma fonte de carbono.
