Abstract
(-hydroksyamidderivater med generell formel (I) er bradykinin Bl-antagonister eller inverse agonister som er anvendbare ved behandling eller forhindring av symptomer, slik som smerte og inflammasjon assosiert med bradykinin Bl-banen. R2a er valgt blant (1) en gruppe valgt fra Ra, (2) (CH2)n-NRbC(O)Ra, (3) (CH2)nNRb-SO2Rd, (4) (CH2)nNRbCO2Ra, (5) (CH2)k-heterosyklus som eventuelt er substituert med 1-3 grupper uavhengig valgt blant halogen, nitro, cyano, 0Ra, SRa, C1-4-alkyl og C1-3-haloalkyl, hvor angitte heterosyklus er (a) en 5-leddet, heteroaromatisk ring som har et ringheteroatom valgt blant N, 0 og S, og som eventuelt har opptil tre ytterligere ringnitrogenatomer, hvor angitte ring eventuelt er benzokondensert; eller (b) en 6-leddet, heteroaromatisk
