Abstract

Les dérivés de l'(alpha)-hdyroxyamide de la formule générale (I) sont des antagonistes B1 de la bradykinine ou des agonistes inverses utiles dans le traitement ou la prévention des symptômes tels que la douleur et l'inflammation associées avec le mécanisme B1 de la bradykinine. R2a est sélectionné de (1) un groupe sélectionné de Ra, (2) (CH2)n NRbC(O)Ra, (3) (CH2)nNRbSO2Rd, (4) (CH2)nNRbCO2Ra, (5) (CH2)k-hétérocycle facultativement substitué avec de 1 à 3 groupes indépendamment sélectionnés de l'halogène, nitro, cyano, ORa, SRa, C1-4 alkyle et C1-3 haloalkyle où ledit hétérocycle est (a) un cycle pentagonal hétéroaromatique ayant un hétéroatome cyclique sélectionné parmi N, O et S, et facultativement ayant jusqu'à 3 atomes d'azote de cycle supplémentaires où ledit cycle est facultativement benzo-condensé; ou (b) un cycle hexagonal hétéroaromatique contenant de 1 à 3 atomes d'azote de cycle et N-oxyde de ceux-ci, où ledit cycle est facultativement benzo-condensé, (6) (CH2)kCO2Ra, et (7) (CH2)kC(O)NRbRe, R2b est OH ou un groupe sélectionné de R2a; ou R2a et R2b ensemble avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont liés forment un cycle carbocyclique à 3 - 7 chaînons facultativement substitué avec de 1 à 4 groupes individuellement sélectionnés de l'halogène, ORa, C1-4 alkyle et C1-4 haloalkyle.
