Abstract
Det beskrives en integrert prosess for fremstilling av metanol, eddiksyre og et produkt fra en assosiert prosess. Syngass 120 fremstilles ved å kombinere dampreformering 109 og en autotermalreformering 118 av naturgass 102 der en del 112 av naturgass går forbi dampreformer 109 og blandes med dampreformeravløpet fra tilførsel til autotermalreformeren (ATR) med C02-resirkulerte 110. En del av syngassen mates til C02-fjemingen 122 for å oppnå resirkulering C02 og kaldboks (130) for å oppnå en hydrogenstrøm 131 og en CO strøm 135. Den gjenværende syngass, hydrogenstrøm 131 og C02 fra en assosiert prosess mates til metanolsyntesen 140 som gir metanol og en spylestrøm 124 som mates til C02 fjerningsenheten. Metanolen levers til en eddiksyreenhet (13)6 med Co (135) for å gi eddiksyre, som i sin tur levers til en VAM-synteseenhet (148). Oksygen for både ATR og VAM syntesen kan leveres ved en felles luftseparasjonsenhet 116 og anvender for eksempel dampgenerering som videre kan integreres i prosessen.
