Abstract

En anordning for måling av faseendring foranlediget i et lyssignal har en første lyskilde for utstråling av et lyssignal langs en målingsoptisk bane som innbefatter en prøve, for eksempel en fluorescerende prøve, og en andre lyskilde for utstråling av et lyssignal langs en imitasjonsmålingsoptisk bane. En målingselektronisk krets er tildannet for mottak av lyssignalene, og levering av utmatinger skilt i tid som angir fasen til de respektive lyssignalene. I bruk foranlediges en faseendring i lyset i den målingsoptiske banen av den fluorescerende prøven. En referanseelektronisk krets er tildannet for mottak av et signal som angir fasen til lyssignalene utstrålt av den førte og den andre lyskilden. Et kretssystem er tildannet for å sammenlikne de respektive fasene til lysutmating fra de to kretsene for å levere en utmating som angir en første målt faseforskjell under drift av den første lyskilden. En korreksjon påføres deretter denne målingen ved å ta en liknende faseforskjellsmåling under drift av den andre lyskilden og sammenlikning av de to faseforskjellene.
