Abstract
Trykkløst polymerrør, en sammensetning derav samt en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av sammensetningen er beskrevet. Røret er karakterisert ved at polymeren omfatter en propylenpolymersammensetning hvor propylengrunnpolymeren er en heterofasisk propylenkopolymer med en matrise på en propylenhomopolyer og en dispergert fase av en elastomer kopolymer av propylen og minst én olefinkomonomer; har et komonomerinnhold på 2 - 7 vektprosent, basert på vekten til den heterofasiske propylenkopolymeren; har en smeltestrømningshastighet MFR (2/230), bestemt i henhold til ISO 1133 C4, på 0,1 - 2,0 g/10 min; har en bred molekylvektfordeling som definert ved dens reologiske skjærtynningsindeks, SHI0/50, målt ved 200 °C på 9 - 30; har en strekkmodul, bestemt i henhold til ISO 527 - 2/1B ved 1 mm/min og 23 °C på minst 1800 MPa; har en slagstyrke, bestemt i henholdt til ISO 179/1eA på minst 6 kJ/m2 ved 0 °C og minst 2 kJ/m2 ved -20 °C. Sammensetningen er en polymersammensetning som definert ovenfor. Fremgangsmåten er karakterisert ved polymerisering i nærvær av en stereospesifikk Ziegler-Natta-katalysator omfattende en elektrondonor:(i) en propylenhomopolymermatrise i minst én sløyfereaktor ved en temperatur på minst 80 °C og et trykk på 4600 - 10.000 kPa; og (ii) en elastomer kopolymer av propylen og minst én olefinkomonomer i minst én gassfasereaktor ved en lavere temperatur enn i trinn (i), for å oppnå en grunnpolymer av heterofasisk propylenkopolymer som definert ovenfor.
