Abstract

TUBO DE POLìMERO SEM PRESSãO, COMPOSIçãO PARA O MESMO, E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO. Um tubo de polímero sem pressão, uma composição do mesmo, e um processo de preparação da composição são descritos. O tubo é caracterizado compreender uma composição de polímero de propileno, na qual o polímero à base de propileno é um copolímero de propileno heterofásico tendo uma matriz de um homopolímero de propileno e uma fase dispersada de um copolímero elastomérico de propileno e pelo menos um comonómero de olefina, tem um teor de comonómero de 2 a 7% em peso, baseado no peso do copolímero de propileno heterofásico; tem uma taxa de fluxo de fusão MFR (2/230), determinada de acordo com o ISO 1133 C4, de 0,1 a 2.0 g/10 min, tem uma ampla distribuição de peso molecular, conforme definida por seu índice de afinamento de cisalhamento reológico, SHI~ o/50~, medida a 200<198> C de 9 a 30; tem um módulo de tensão, determinado de acordo com o ISO 527-2/1B a 1 mm/min a 23<198> C de pelo menos 1800 MPa; tem uma resistência ao impacto, determinada de acordo com o ISO 179/leA, de pelo menos 6 kJ/m¬ 2¬ a 0<198>C, e pelo menos 2 kJ/m¬ 2¬ a -20<198>C. A composição é uma composição de polímero conforme acima definida. O processo é caracterizado pela polimerização na presença de um catalisador de Ziegler-Natta estéreo-específico incluindo um doador de elétrons: (i) uma matriz de homopolímero de propileno em pelo menos um reator de alça a uma temperatura de pel menos 80<198> C e a uma pressão de 4600 a 10000 kPa; e (ii) um copolímero elastomérico de propileno e pelo menos um comonómero de olefina em pelo menos um reator de fase gasosa a uma temperatura inferior a do estágio (i) a fim de se obter um polímero de base de um copolímero de propileno heterofásico, conforme acima definido.
