Abstract
Det er foreslått en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et pulver egnet for anvendelse i en prosess for lagvis arbeidende verktøyløs fremstilling av tredimensjonale legemer hvorved områder av det gjeldende pulverlaget blir selektivt smeltet ned gjennom innføring av elektromagnetisk energi som omfatter en blanding av en polymer eller sampolymer med minst én vannløselig polymer polyol, oppløsning av blandingen i vann for dannelse av en dispersjon, separasjon av polymer- eller sampolymerpartiklene fra dispersjonen, vasking og tørking av de separerte polymer- eller sampolymerpartiklene så vel som et pulver som inneholder et polymer- eller et 10 sampolymerpulver med innhold på fra 0,001 vekt% til 5 vekt% av en polymer polyol, hvorved den polymere polyolen er valgt fra en gruppe bestående av polyetylenglykol og polyvinylalkohol, en anvendelse og et legeme.
