Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse er en fremgangsmåte for å detektere en unormal hendelse for prosessenheter til et etylenprosesseringssystem. Fremgangsmåten sammenligner driften av prosessenhetene med en modell utviklet ved prinsipalkomponentanalyse til normal drift for disse enhetene. Dersom forskjellen mellom driften til en prosessenhet og den normale driften indikerer en unormal tilstand, er årsaken til den unormale tilstanden bestemt og rettet.
