Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en framgangsmåte for framstilling av organiske fluorholdige forbindelser som inneholder radioaktiv isotop fluor-18. Mer spesifikt angår foreliggende oppfinnelse en framgangsmåte for framstilling av en organisk fluorholdig forbindelse ved å reagere fluorsalt som inneholder en radioaktiv isotop fluor-18 med alkylhalid eller alkylsulfonat i nærvær av alkohol med kjemisk formel (I), hvor R1, R2 og R3 er hydrogen eller C1 ~ C18 alkyl-gruppe, som løsningsmiddel for å oppnå et høyt utbytte av organisk fluorholdig forbindelse. Syntesereaksjonen i samsvar med foreliggende oppfinnelse kan utføres under milde forhold for å gi et høyt utbytte av de organiske fluorholdige forbindelsene og reaksjonstiden er redusert, og den er dermed egnet for masseproduksjonen av de organiske fluorholdige forbindelsene.
