Abstract
Et totalt overføringsspektroskopisystem som anvendes for å fastslå analyttkonsentrasjonen i en væskeprøve, som består av et mottaksområde for prøvecellen, en lyskilde, en kollimeringslinse, en første linse, en andre linse og en detektor. Prøvecellens mottaksområde er tilpasset for å motta en prøve som skal analyseres. Prøvecellens mottaksområde er fremstilt av et hovedsakelig optisk klart materiale. Kollimeringslinsen er tilpasset for å motta lys fra lyskilden og tilpasset for å illuminere prøvecellens mottaksområde med en lysstråle som i vesentlig grad er kollimert. Den første linsen er tilpasset for å motta vanlig og spredt lys overført gjennom prøven ved en første avviksvinkel. Den første linsen mottar lys som har en første åpningsvinkel. Den første linsen avgir lys som har en andre avviksvinkel. Den andre avviksvinkelen er mindre enn den første avviksvinkelen. Den andre linsen er tilpasset for å motta lys fra den første linsen og tilpasset for å avgi en lysstråle som i vesentlig grad er kollimert. Detektoren er tilpasset for å måle lysets avgitte effekt fra den andre linsen. ?? ?? ?? ??
