Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en fremgangsmåte for raffinering av Si med lav renhet ved hjelp av et slagg, spesielt for fjerning av B, og som undertrykker tæring av reaksjonsbeholderen som skyldes slagget og frembringer høyrent Si anvendt for solbatterimaterialer etc. med en lav omkostning, omfattende tilsetning av SiO2 og et alkalimetalloksid eller alkalimetallkarbonat som et slaggmateriale til smeltet Si for å danne et slagg hvorunder det tilsettes en eller flere typer av materialer blant materialer som er de samme som det anvendte reaksjonsbeholdermateriale eller bestanddeler inkludert i reaksjonsbeholdermaterialet til slagget slik at forurensninger i det smeltede Si fjernes.
