Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte ved produksjon av sensorbrikker for fremstilling av en sensorbrikke som omfatter et substrat, et dekklag, et avstandslag anordnet mellom substratet og dekklaget, og et hult reaksjonsparti anordnet i avstandslaget.
