Abstract
Fluider viskositetsøkt med viskoelastiske surfaktanter (VES-er) kan ha deres viskositeter redusert (geler brutt) ved direkte eller indirekte virkning av en sammensetning som inneholder minst én umettet fettsyre, slik som en monoensyre og/eller polyensyre.
