Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse er relatert til en fremgangsmåte og en støpeinnretning (100) for å lage en avstøpning av en overflate. Støpeinnretningen innbefatter en første støpekammerdel (30), som er tilpasset til å bli plassert tilstøtende til overflaten og som former et støpekammer (16) sammen med overflaten. Støpemateriale kan bli ført inn i støpekammeret via en inngang (9), og ett eller flere utløp (20, 21) tjener til å tømme enhver fanget væske eller gass fra støpekammeret. Videre vil i det minste ett teststykke (17) med overflatedefekter som har velkjente karakteristikker være gitt i støpeinnretningen for å lage i det minste én avbildning av avstøpningsoverflaten. Hermed vil en kvalitetstest av avstøpningen kunne bli utført.
