Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for anvendelse av reaksjonsvarme produsert ved en reaksjon under fremstillingen av 1,2-dikloretan fra eten og klor i en direkte kloreringsreaktor. Klor fremstilles ved en natriumkloridelektrolyse og reaksjonsvarmen, under dannelse av 1,2-dikloretan, anvendes i det minste delvis for inndamping av NaOH, som fremstilles under NaCl-elektrolyse for fremstillingen av det påkrevde kloret for den direkte klorering, som et koblingsprodukt. Det er også beskrevet en innretning for utførelse av fremgangsmåten, omfattende en flerrørs varmeveksler omfattende to fikserte rørformede plater og en NaOH-flytende fasedel, og den kaustiske sodaen passerer gjennom innsiden av røret og 1,2-dikloretan passerer utsiden av røret. Varmeveksleren omfatter også innretninger for mating og fordeling av den kaustiske sodaen i innsiden av røret.
