Abstract

En bruddfikseringsanordning innbefatter et plateparti og et intramargnagleparti som er forskjøvet i forhold til platepartiet med et halsparti. Platepartiet innbefatter langsgående forskjøvede stifthull som orienterer stifter langs en tenkt overflate parallell med subkondralt bein på en leddoverflate. Den øvre overflaten av platepartiet innbefatter en fordypning for referanse til en jigg. Naglepartiet innbefatter gjengede skruehull orientert vinkelrett med en endostal overflate og et mindre K-wire-innrettelseshull parallelt med skruehullene. Jiggen har et første parti med referanse til fordypningen og et andre parti i innrettelse over skruehullene i naglepartiet. Baksiden av det første partiet av jiggen er buet oppover for å underlette manøvrering av jiggen.
