Abstract
En smeltekjøler (30) og et ventileringssystem for en undersjøisk pelleteringsinnretning (6) har en avlederventil (40) som muliggjør mangfoldige moduser for smeltebearbeiding. Kjøleren har en kjølerinnløpsledning (32) som transporterer smelten til kjøleren, og en kjølerutløpsledning (34) som transporterer den avkjølte smelten fra kjøleren. Avlederventilen er konfigurert for å transportere smelten til og fra kjøleren i løpet av avkølingsmodus for drift for å transportere smelten rundt kjøleren under en i omløpsmodus for drift og for å tømme smelten fra kjøleren og avlederventilen i løpet av en tømmemodus for drift. Avlederventilen er kompakt og inneholder derfor et minimum av produktbeholdning. Ventilen er strømlinjet og direkte i dens omløpsmodus og innbefatter en tømmeevne for å besørge raskere, enklere rengjøring av prosesslinjen, noe som i sin tur gir en rask endringstid med mindre produkttap.
