Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av 1,2-dikloretan Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av 1,2-dikloretan ved å starte fra en strøm av etan i henhold til som: a) strømmen av etan blir underkastet en katalytisk oksydehydrogenering for å produsere en gassblanding inneholdende etylen, uomdannet etan, vann og sekundære bestanddeler; b) nevnte gassblanding blir eventuelt vasket og tørket og produserer således en tørr gassblanding; c) etter et eventuelt ytterligere rensetrinn, blir nevnte tørre gassblanding omfattende strømmen av produkter avledet fra kloreringsreaktoren R2 separert i trinn e) underkastet en absorpsjon A som består av separering av nevnte gassblanding inn i en fraksjon anriket med forbindelsene som er lettere enn etylen inneholdende noen av etylenet (fraksjon A) og inn i en fraksjon F1; d) fraksjon A blir ført til en kloreringsreaktor R1 hvor mesteparten av etylenet til stede i fraksjon A blir omdannet til 1,2-dikloretan og 1,2-dikloretan oppnådd blir separert fra strømmen av produkter avledet fra kloreringsreaktoren R1; e) fraksjon F1 blir underkastet en desorpsjon D1 som består av separering av fraksjon F1 inn i en etylenfraksjon utarmet på forbindelsene som er lettere enn etylen (fraksjon C) som blir ført til en kloreringsreaktor R2, strømmen av produkter avledet fra denne reaktoren blir satt til den tørre gassblandingen underkastet trinn c) etter eventuelt å ha ekstrahert 1,2-dikloretan dannet og inn i en fraksjon F2; f) fraksjon F2 blir underkastet en desorpsjon D2 som består av separering av fraksjon F2 inn i en fraksjon anriket med etylen (fraksjon B) og inn i en fraksjon F3, eventuelt inneholdende 1,2-dikloretan dannet i kloreringsreaktoren R2 deretter ekstrahert, hvis det ikke tidligere har blitt ekstrahert, som blir resirkulert til absorpsjonen A, eventuelt etter en ytterligere behandling som har til hensikt å redusere konsentrasjonen, i fraksjon F3, av forbindelsene som er tyngre enn etan; g) fraksjon B blir ført til en oksykloreringsreaktor hvor mesteparten av etylenet til stede i fraksjon B blir omdannet til 1,2-dikloretan, 1,2-dikloretan oppnådd blir separert fra strømmen av produkter avledet fra oksykloreringsreaktoren og blir eventuelt satt til 1,2-dikloretan dannet i kloreringsreaktoren R1 og eventuelt til det som er dannet i kloreringsreaktoren R2; og h) strømmen av produkter avledet fra oksykloreringsreaktoren, hvorfra 1,2-dikloretan blir ekstrahert, eventuelt inneholdende en ytterligere strøm av etan tidligere innført i ét av trinnene b) til g), blir eventuelt resirkulert til trinn a) etter eventuelt å ha blitt spylt av gasser og/eller etter en eventuell behandling for å eliminere klorerte produkter inneholdt deri.
