Abstract

Det er vist en fremgangsmåte og en hydraulisk smøreanordning for dosering av sylindersmøreolje. Doseringssystemet omfatter en tilførselsledning og en returledning forbundet med smøranordningen via en eller flere ventiler for å tilføre hydraulisk olje, en sentral hydraulisk oljematningspumpe forbundet med hydrauliske sylindre som hver har et hydraulisk stempel og som kan utsettes for trykk med hydraulisk olje via tilførselsledningen, et antall injeksjonsenheter som korresponderer med et multippel av sylinderantallet i motoren, og som er forbundet med hver sin doseringssylinder med et doseringsstempel, og en tilførselsledning for sylindersmøreolje. For å tilveiebringe et system som er pålitelig og rimelig og hvor det ikke er noen fare for forstyrrelser, selv om en hydraulisk sylinder svikter, er smøreanordningen konstruert med en fordelingsplate som på en side er i kontakt med doseringsstemplene og som på den andre side er i kontakt med to eller flere hydrauliske stempler for å forskyve fordelingsplaten for å aktivisere doseringsstemplene.
