Spylesystemet tillater spyling av brønnfluider i et havbunnsintervensjonssystem før dette trekkes opp til overflaten. Systemet omfatter: en beholder (44) for lagring og utslipping av kabelkjøringsverktøy, hvor beholderen er utsatt for brønnvæsker via brønnkontrollpakken (16); et første væskekommunikasjonsmiddel (58) koblet mellom en spylevæskeforsyning og brønnkontrollpakken; og et andre væskekommunikasjonsmiddel (60) koblet mellom beholderen og brønnkontrollpakken, hvor spylevæsken som under bruk blir tilført beholderen via det første væskekommunikasjonsmiddel, fortrenger væske fra beholderen og inn i det indre væskekommunikasjonsmiddel og inn i brønnkontrollpakken.
