Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et implantat for refiksering av trochanter major (9) som er utsatt for osteotomi eller er har en fraktur. Implantatet (1) omfatter en plate (1) som kan festes på proximal femur, og en innretning (20) som kan holde trochanter major (9) med en form- eller kraftpasning på femur (2). Denne holdeinnretning (20) har fortrinnsvis bøybare tinder (16,17) plassert i en avstand fra hverandre, idet den første endedelen til disse tindene (16,17) er festet til den øvre kanten (37) på hovedplaten (1). Holdeinnretningen (20) har også fleksible, avlange deler (21,22) som hver er festet ved en ende til den fire endedelen (19) på de respektive tindene (16,17). De andre frie endedelene (142) på de langsgående delene (21,22) er festet lateralt på hovedplaten (1) etter at disse langsgående delene (21,22) har krysset det mediale aspektet av trochanter major. Dette resulterer i en strekkbåndkonstruksjon med minst to holdere basert på en plate som er sikkert festet på den proksimale laterale femur.
