Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører nye forbindelser egnet for radioaktiv merking, eller allerede radioaktivt merket, med 18F, fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av slike forbindelser og anvendelse av slike forbindelser til diagnostisk avbilding. Slike merkede forbindelser er kjennetegnet ved formel II. Hvor restene F, R1,R2, B1,2,Y1,2, Z1,2 og E har betydningen som definert i beskrivelsen og kravene.
