Abstract
Med en fremgangsmåte og en innretning for å forhindre korrosjon på, og i området ved, en gassinnløpsstuss ved en salpetersyrekondensasjon, skal kontakten mellom den kondenserende gassen og stussen og stussomgivelsen minimaliseres. Dette oppnås ved at gassinnløpsstussen i overgangsområdet mot det indre av kondensatoren på innersiden oppviser en hylse, hvorigjennom det er tildannet en gassinnløpsåpning i form av en ringspalte, hvorved ringrommet er utstyrt med minst en innløpsåpning for sekundær luft, slik at det dannes en mantelstrømning av sekundær luft omkring den inntredende NO-gassen.
