Description

Turn- og lekematte.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en leke- og turnmatte med meget lav vekt, særlig for sport i skoler.
For unngåelse av beskadigelser blir ved apparat- og gulvturning på kjent måte benyttet turnmatter. Vanligvis består disse av en kjerne av et sterkt skumgummi- eller fiber-sjikt, som utvendig er omgitt med en vevnad eller en kunstlær-omhylling. Den mekaniske og dynamiske utforming av disse matter var vanligvis uavhengig av plaseringen. Denne tilsynelaten-de fordel betinger imidlertid tvangsmessig forskjellige ulemper.
Det skal først med hensyn til dette nevnes den bety-delige vekt for slike matter som resulterer av den dobbeltsidige, symmetriske oppbygging.
Da benyttelsen av slike matter i det vesentlige er
et spørsmål om muligheten til at barn kan transportere dem, med-førte den relativt høye vekt tvangsmessig dimensjonsbegrensnin-. ger til relativt små.dimensjoner, slik at det ved den praktiske anvendelse hver gang måtte sammenfattes flere enkeltmatter til en enhet. En kjent ulempe som fremkommer herved er at de enkel-te matter herved ofte hadde en tendens til å gli fra hverandre, noe som ofte har ført til beskadigelse, særlig på grunn av den t store nivåforskjell mellom mattens overkant og dét omgivende gulv.
Oppfinnelsen har til oppgave å tilveiebringe en turn-og lekematte som overvinner de foran nevnte vanskeligheter og som ved et godt dynamisk dempningsforhold er kjennetegnet spesielt ved en lavest mulig flatevekt.
Denne oppgave blir løst ifølge oppfinnelsen ved at turnmatten består av en kjerneplate av et oppskummet kunststoff med lukkede celler med mykelastiske egenskaper, som på overflaten har en tekstil flåtestruktur og/eller en folie, mens undersiden er belagt med en glidningshemmende flåtestruktur eller et nett av gummi eller kunststoff.
Ifølge en spesiell utforming er det foreslått at kjerneplaten består av flere sammenføyde sjikt, som med hensyn til deres dynamiske dem<p>ningsforhold har forskjellige egenskaper. Som spesielt fordelaktig har det herved vist seg hvis kjerneplaten består av oppskummet nettdannet polyolefiner med lukkede celler, fortrinnsvis av oppskummede nettdannede polyetylener med lukkede celler med like eller forskjellige vekter.
Et utførelseseksempel for turn- og lekematten ifølge op<p>finnelsen er vist på tegningen og skal forklares nærmere i det følgende.
Turnmatten ifølge tegningen består av kjerneplaten 1 av ett eller av flere sjikt som består av et oppskummet kunststoff med, lukkede celler med mykelastiske egenskaper, på hvis overflate 3 det er påklebet en tekstil flåtestruktur og/eller en folie, mens undersiden 2 er påført et glidningshemmende nett eller en flåtestruktur av gummi eller et kunststoff. Pålegging skjer med flamme, da klebemiddel vil gi en for høy ekstra vekt.
Som særlig fordelaktig med hensyn til utforming av kjerneplaten har vist seg anvendelsen av en oppskummet, nettdannet polyolefin med lukkede celler, da slike skum har fremragende dynamiske dempningsforhold uten synlig eldingsvirkning. Ved anvendelsen av en oppskummet, nettdannet polyetylen med lukkede celler, er det f. eks. tilstrekkelig allerede med en kjernesjikttykkelse på 20 mm for oppnåelse av en tilfredsstill-ende bruksegenskap når man legger til grunn en gjennomsnittlig benyttelse. Blir kjernesjiktet•utover dette bygget opp av to lag, hvorved det nedre lag f. eks. har en større vekt enn dekk-sjiktet, så får matten et progressivt dempningsforhold som i spesiell grad gjør den egnet for likeverdig benyttelse ved de mest forskjellige belastninger, f. eks. for gulvturning eller som apparatmatte.
For utformingen av matteoverflaten egner seg i spesiell grad oppskummede eller ikke-skummede folier av elastomere materialer, hvorved disse eventuelt også kan ha en pregning eller en profilering.
Ofte blir imidlertid en pålegging av en tekstil flåtestruktur foretrukket, f. eks. når matten i overveiende grad benyttes som lekematte. Egnet er prinsipielt også alle teppe-gulvkvaliteter uavhengig av deres oppbygging og de benyttede fibertyper. Foretrukket er imidlertid generelt kvaliteter som kjennetegnes ved en spesielt luftig og myk overflate ved samti-dig gåfasthet.'
Påleggingen av undersiden på turn- og lekematten ifølge oppfinnelsen skal spesielt forbedre dens glidningssikker-het. Som særlig egnet har vist seg pålegging av et oppskummet eller ikke-skummet kunststoffnett av et mykt elastomert materi-ale på kautsjukbasis, hvorved spesielt en maskevidde mellom 5 og 15 mm har vist seg særlig fordelaktig.
Den spesielle fordel ved'turn- og lekematten består deri at denne til tross for en overordentlig liten flatevekt har fremragende dynamiske dempningsforhold. Alle utførelsesfor-mer er uten videre opprullbare, og transporten kan utføres av barn selv ved store dimensjoner uten problemer.

Claims (3)

1. Leke- og turnmatte med meget lav vekt, karakterisert ved at den består av en kjerneplate av et oppskummet kunststoff med lukkede celler med mykelastiske egenskaper, som på overflaten har.en tekstil flåtestruktur og/eller en folie, mens undersiden er pålagt en glidningshemmende flåtestruktur av gummi eller kunststoff.
2. Leke- og turnmatte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at kjerneplaten består av flere sammenføyde sjikt, som med hensyn til deres dynamiske dempningsforhold har forskjellige egenskaper.
3. Leke- og turnmatte ifølge krav 1-2, karakterisert ved at kjerneplaten består av oppskummede, nettdannede polyolefiner med lukkede celler, fortrinnsvis av oppskummede nettdannede polyetylener med lukkede celler med lik eller forskjellig vekt.
