Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for sprøytestøping av en. mikropipette (1) med et hult sylindrisk. parti som strekker seg fra en bakre ende. (5) til et begynnende avsmalnende område (2), og et hult avsmalnet parti som strekker seg fra det begynnende avsmalnende område (2) til en leveringsåpning (3). Frem-gangsmåten omfatter: innsprøyting av et første smeltet støpemateriale, med en vekt som er lik vekten av pipettens avsmalnede parti som skal støpes, inn i et avsmalnende parti (17) av et pipetteformet hulrom i en kjølig lukket sprøytestøpeform gjennom et hulrominnløp beliggende hvor det avsmalnende parti av hulrommet begynner; avkjøling og strkning på nytt av en hoved-mengde av det første smeltede støpemateriale,' straks deretter innsprøyting av et andre smeltet støpemateriale, med en vekt som er lik vekten av pipettens sylindriske parti gjennom hulrpminnløpet, inn i et sylindrisk parti av det pipetteformede hulrom; avkjøling og størkning på nytt av hoved-mengden av det andre smeltede støpemateriale mens man lar den avsluttende varmeste sme1te-rne ng de i det andre støpemateriale bli sveiset fullstendig med den avsluttende, enda varmere smeltemengde i det første støpemateriale; og deretter avkjøling og størkning på nytt av de to sveisede slutt-mengder for å danne en helstøpt pipette.
