Abstract

En pustemaske til engangsbruk ved praktisering av munn-til-munn metoden omfatter to folier (1,2) som i et sentralt område er sveiset sammen ved hjelp av en rundtgående søm (4). For å unngå å måtte benytte en særskilt énveisventil i tuten (5) for å hindre overføring av luft, spytt, blod etc. fra pasienten til livredderen og for å lette pasientens utånding, er selve tuten (5) utformet i tynt, fleksibelt, lett deformerbart foliemateriale, slik at den kun tillater luftpassasje i retning mot sin frie munning (5'),.det vil si ved luftinn-blåsing i pasientens munn, men som deformeres og stenges ved motsatt luftstrømning, slik at tuten selv fungerer som til-bakeslagsventil, og at det i den indre folie (1) i området rundt tutens innfestingssted er utformet utåndingshull (6) for pasienten.
