Et diagnostisk reagens for påvisning in vivo av øket fri- gjøring av et fibrinolytisk enzym eller øket fibrinolytisk aktivitet i et menneske eller dyr omfatter et antistoff som er reaktivt med et fibrinolytisk enzym, eller et fragment av anti- stoffet, merket med en substans som gjør mulig påvisning in vivo av binding av antistoffet til det fibrinolytiske enzym. Ved en utførelsesform er øket fjerning av antistoffet tilveiebrakt ved etterfølgende administrering av det fibrinolytiske enzym med hvilket antistoffet er reaktivt. Det fibrinolytiske enzym er fortrinnsvis t-PA.
