Fremgangsmåter og reagenser for å bestemme et individs genotype ved Gf-globinlokus med hensyn til et sett på tre alleler ved bruk av sekvens-spesifikke oligonukleotidprober som muliggjør typebestemmelse av prøver fra en rekke kilder, inklusive prever som består av*RNA eller cDNA-templater, og som kan anvendes på nukleinsyrer i en målregion som omfatter polymorfi som først er blitt forøket.
