Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for påvisning av en analyttnukleinsyre som inneholder trinnene med hybridisering av en påvis- bart merket nukleinsyre eller en påvis- bart merket nukleinsyrehybrid med en immobiliserbar nukleinsyresonde, immobilisering av den dannede hybrid og påvisning av mengden av immobilisert hybrid over mengden av merking, hvor den immobiliserbare nukleinsyresonde inneholder to eller flere nukleotider som er modifisert med immobiliserbare grupper som ikke er direkte nabostilt i nukleotidsekvensen. Anvendelse av en nukleinsyre som inneholder to eller flere nukleotider som er modifisert med immobiliserbare grupper, og som ikke er direkte nabo- stilt i nukleotidsekvensen, for immobi- lisering av nukleinsyrer. System for påvisning av nuklein- syrer som inneholder en eller flere nukleinsyrer som inneholder to eller flere nukleotider som er modifisert med immobiliserbare grupper, og som ikke er direkte nabostilt i nukleotidsekvensen, og minst en fastfase som har en spesi- fikk affinitet for de immobiliserbare grupper.
