Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår et farmasøytisk preparat med regulert frigjøring som omfatter: (a) et ytre lag som omfatter en pH-uavhengig hydrofil polymer sammen med ett eller flere fyllstoffer; og (b) ett eller flere indre lag som hvert omfatter et virkestoff; hvor det ytre lag etter administrasjon gradvis fjernes ved en kombinasjon av oppløsning og erosjon, og de(t) indre lag gradvis fjernes ved en kombinasjon av oppløsning og erosjon eller sønderfaller hurtig når de(t) først er blottlagt; samt fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av slike.
